Loosen up! Have some fun with your food! It doesn't have to be complicated or hard. Think different!
Take a quality, organic Japanese Sweet Potato. Slow bake it at a lower baking temp for a couple hours. After letting it cool a bit, but when it is still warm, cut it in half, peel the part toward the thicker middle, and eat like a popsicle or burrito. If you did the cooking well, the outer part will be sweet and a little gooey. Doesn't even need any salt. It is wonderful just as is! Make it part of your main meal or eat it for dessert. Peel down as needed. At the end you can turn it inside out or squeeze from the bottom up to get the last bits of goodness. Good reheated too.
